Maureen Moore (born August 12, 1951) is an American actress known for her work on stage, film, and television. She attended Carnegie Mellon University, where she studied theater and honed her craft. Moore made her Broadway debut in 1974 in the revival of Gypsy, playing the role of Dainty June. Throughout her career, she has been cast in major Broadway roles and has become known for her ability to serve as a standby for leading stars.
