McKayla Maroney

McKayla Rose Maroney is a retired American artistic gymnast and singer. She gained prominence as a member of the American women's gymnastics team, known as the Fierce Five, during the 2012 Summer Olympics. Maroney won a gold medal in the team event and a silver medal in the individual vault event. She also achieved success at the 2011 and 2013 World Championships, winning multiple gold medals in both team and vault competitions. Maroney became the first U.S. female gymnast to defend a World Championship vault title. Apart from her gymnastics career, Maroney gained internet fame for her 'not impressed' expression, which became a meme. She retired from competitive gymnastics in 2016.
