Melina Matthews

Melina Matthews is a Spanish actress and presenter, known for her roles in various films and television shows. She gained recognition as a presenter for the Sitges Film Festival and has appeared in notable films such as 'Silencio' (2018), where she portrayed the character Ana. In 2019, she played the role of Juana in season 2 of 'La peste' (The plague) and portrayed Carmen, a new teacher, in season 2 of 'La otra mirada' (A different view). In 2020, Matthews appeared as Sister Shannon Masters in the series 'Warrior Nun'. Born in Barcelona in 1986, Matthews is the daughter of a Welsh father and a French mother. She studied Investigative Journalism at the University of Westminster and later pursued her passion for acting, initially working as an accent trainer and dialogue coach in theater.
