At Paradiso Palms, an apartment complex is quarantined after a mysterious death, and residents confront a spreading infestation of venomous spiders. Building manager Serena marshals knowledge of the property to organize survivors, confronting the threat and her own fears as occupants struggle to escape the lethal outbreak before rescue arrives.
