Michael Kinsley
Michael E. Kinsley (born March 9, 1951) is an American political journalist and commentator. He is primarily known for his work in print media as a writer and editor, but he also gained recognition on television as a co-host on Crossfire. Kinsley was born in Detroit, Michigan to Lillian and George Kinsley, both of whom were in the medical field. He attended Cranbrook School and later graduated from Harvard College in 1972, where he served as vice president of The Harvard Crimson. Kinsley went on to study at Magdalen College, Oxford on a Rhodes Scholarship before returning to Harvard for law school. During his time as a law student, he began working at The New Republic, and later completed his law degree at The George Washington University Law School. Kinsley's career has been defined by his insightful political commentary and captivating writing.
