Michael Kostroff (born May 22, 1961) is an American actor known for his roles in various TV shows and movies. He gained recognition for his portrayal of defense attorney Maurice Levy in the HBO series The Wire, appearing in all five seasons. Kostroff has also made recurring appearances in popular shows such as The Blacklist, Billions, The Good Wife, Law and Order: SVU, and Sonny with a Chance.
