Michael Metz

Michael Metz is a former field hockey player from Germany. He was born on 16 June 1964. Metz achieved great success in the Olympics, winning medals in two different editions. In the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, he won the silver medal as a member of the West German team. Four years later, in Barcelona, Spain, Metz was part of the Men's National Team that captured the gold medal. He is recognized as a skilled and accomplished athlete in the field of field hockey, and his contributions to the sport have been acknowledged through his Olympic achievements.
