Michael David Rapaport (born March 20, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. With a career spanning over three decades, he has appeared in over 100 films and television shows. Some of his notable film roles include True Romance (1993), Higher Learning (1995), Deep Blue Sea (1999), and The Heat (2013). On television, Rapaport starred in the Fox sitcom The War at Home (2005–2007) and was a series regular on Boston Public (2001–2004), Prison Break (2008–2009), and Atypical (2017–2021). He has also had recurring roles on Friends (1999), My Name Is Earl (2007–2008), and Justified (2014). In addition to his acting work, Rapaport directed the documentary Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest (2011) and hosts the podcast I Am Rapaport.
