Michael Xavier

Michael Xavier is an English actor and singer, born as Michael David Smith on 27 November 1978. He attended Knutsford High and completed his professional acting training at Manchester Metropolitan University in 1999. Xavier made his London West End debut in the musical comedy Pageant in 2000. He has been nominated twice for Laurence Olivier Awards, first in 2011 for Best Performance in a Supporting Role in a Musical for his work in Into the Woods, and again for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance in Love Story. Xavier has also performed on Broadway and has garnered recognition for his lead performance in Sunset Boulevard.
