Michelle Gomez

Michelle Gomez (born 23 November 1966) is a Scottish actress known for her roles in various TV series. She gained recognition for her performances in The Book Group (2002–2003), Green Wing (2004–2007), and Bad Education (2012–2013). Gomez achieved further acclaim as Missy in Doctor Who (2014–2018), earning a nomination for the BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also appeared in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (2018–2020) as Lilith / Madam Satan and Mary Wardwell, as well as in The Flight Attendant (2020–2022) as Miranda Croft. Born in Glasgow, Gomez's passion for acting began after seeing Kiss Me, Kate at the age of seven. She comes from a multicultural background, with a father of Portuguese descent from Montserrat and a mother who ran a modelling agency.
