Kiernan Shipka portrays the titular character, Sabrina Spellman. Sabrina is a half-witch, half-mortal teenager who must learn to balance her supernatural abilities with her mortal life. Miranda Otto stars as Zelda Spellman, Sabrina's strict and formidable aunt. Zelda is a high-ranking witch in their coven and holds traditional values. She is fiercely loyal to her family and is dedicated to preserving their magical legacy. Zelda's tough exterior hides a complex and multifaceted character who is willing to go to great lengths to protect her loved ones.

Chance Perdomo portrays Ambrose Spellman, Sabrina's cousin and confidant. Ambrose is a warlock who is bound to the Spellman house after being placed under a house arrest by the Witches Council. Despite his confinement, Ambrose uses his vast knowledge and magical abilities to assist Sabrina in her adventures and help unravel the mysteries surrounding their family.

Michelle Gomez takes on the role of Mary Wardwell, Sabrina's favorite teacher. However, Mary becomes possessed by a malevolent entity known as Madam Satan, who seeks to manipulate Sabrina for her own sinister purposes. Mary's transformation into Madam Satan sets off a chain of events that test Sabrina's strength and resolve as she battles against the forces of evil.

Jaz Sinclair plays the character of Rosalind Walker, Sabrina's best friend. Rosalind is outspoken, confident, and unafraid to challenge societal norms. As a member of Sabrina's inner circle, Rosalind becomes a crucial ally in the fight against supernatural dangers. Together with Sabrina and their friends, Rosalind faces the trials of both the mortal and magical worlds.
