Nasim Pedrad

Nasim Pedrad (born November 18, 1981) is an American actress, comedian, writer, and singer. She gained prominence as a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live from 2009 to 2014. Following her time on SNL, Pedrad starred in several television series including the Fox sitcoms Mulaney (2014–2015), New Girl (2015–2018), and the horror comedy Scream Queens (2015). She also appeared in the TBS science fiction comedy series People of Earth (2017) and created, produced, and starred in the TBS sitcom Chad (2021–present). Pedrad's film credits include No Strings Attached (2011), The Lorax (2012), Despicable Me 2 (2013), Aladdin (2019), and Desperados (2020).
