Neal McDonough (born February 13, 1966) is an American actor known for his roles in both television and film. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Lieutenant Lynn 'Buck' Compton in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers (2001), and Deputy District Attorney David McNorris on Boomtown (2002–2003). McDonough has appeared in various movies including Star Trek: First Contact, Minority Report, Walking Tall, and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Timothy 'Dum Dum' Dugan. In the DC Arrowverse, he played Damien Darhk in the TV series Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and The Flash. He also had a significant role in Suits (2014–2019) and portrayed Malcolm Beck on Yellowstone (2019).
