Neil Patrick Harris is an American actor, singer, writer, producer, and television host. He was born on June 15, 1973. Throughout his career, Harris has received numerous accolades, including a Tony Award, five Primetime Emmy Awards, and nominations for a Grammy Award and three Screen Actors Guild Awards. He is primarily recognized for his comedic television roles, such as the title character in 'Doogie Howser, M.D.' (1989โ1993) and Barney Stinson on 'How I Met Your Mother' (2005โ2014). Harris also portrayed Count Olaf in the Netflix series 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' (2017โ2019). Additionally, he is known for his role in Joss Whedon's musical 'Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog' (2008) and his fictionalized version in the 'Harold & Kumar' film series.
