Linnethia Monique 'NeNe' Leakes (born December 13, 1967) is an American television personality, actress, presenter, businesswoman, author, and fashion designer. She gained fame as a breakout star on Bravo's reality TV series, The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Leakes is widely recognized as one of the most notable personalities from The Real Housewives franchise and a prominent figure in reality television and pop culture. Aside from her reality TV success, she has made appearances in various TV shows, including Glee as Roz Washington, and had a regular role on the sitcom The New Normal. Leakes has also participated in shows like The Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing with the Stars. In addition to her TV career, she has made appearances on Broadway in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella and Chicago.
