Pete Holmes

Peter Benedict Holmes (born March 30, 1979) is an American comedian, actor, writer, producer, and podcaster. He gained recognition in the early 2010s as a stand-up comic and launched his long-running podcast, You Made It Weird, in 2011. Holmes has released four comedy specials, including Impregnated with Wonder (2011) and Dirty Clean (2018). He is known for his musings on spirituality and religion, which are frequent themes in his work. Holmes created and starred in the semi-autobiographical comedy series Crashing, which aired on HBO for three seasons (2017–2019). He has also worked as a voice actor and recently appeared in the 2022 CBS sitcom.
