Rachel Ticotin

Rachel Ticotin Strauss, born on November 1, 1958, is an American film and television actress. With a diverse career spanning over several decades, Ticotin has showcased her talent in notable films such as Fort Apache, The Bronx, Total Recall, Falling Down, and Con Air. She has also made appearances in popular TV shows like Law & Order: LA and Blue Bloods. Ticotin's Puerto Rican and Russian-Jewish heritage adds to her unique background. Growing up in the Bronx, she received her primary and secondary education there, while also taking ballet lessons at the Ballet Hispanico of New York. In her 50s, she pursued higher education at Columbia University, graduating with a degree in English in 2019.
