Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, born on December 22, 1962, is an English actor, film producer, and director. He gained recognition as a Shakespeare interpreter, delivering exceptional performances at the Royal National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company. Fiennes has been honored with several awards, including a BAFTA Award and a Tony Award, along with nominations for two Academy Awards and an Emmy Award. His breakout role came in the film Wuthering Heights (1992), playing the character Heathcliff.
