Randy Orton, born Randal Keith Orton on April 1, 1980, is an American professional wrestler and actor. He is currently signed to WWE, but is currently out of action due to a back injury. Orton has had a successful career spanning over 20 years, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. He comes from a wrestling family, with his grandfather Bob Orton, father Bob Orton Jr., and uncle Barry Orton all being wrestlers. Orton began his career in the Mid-Missouri Wrestling Association and Southern Illinois Conference Wrestling before being signed by the WWF, now WWE. He trained in Ohio Valley Wrestling and became a member of the stable Evolution shortly after his WWE debut. Orton has held numerous championships throughout his career, including the Intercontinental Championship.
