Throughout his time on the show, Bartlett showcased a range of memorable characters, including Tom Carvel, Manuel Antonio Noriega, and various fictional comedians. He also portrayed notable personalities such as The Godfather, Andrew Dice Clay, Dr. Phil McGraw, and Bill Clinton.
