Van Dam gained popularity during his time in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) in the 1990s, where he became one of the industry's top wrestlers. He had notable feuds with Jerry Lynn and Sabu, and won the ECW Television Championship, which he held for an impressive 700 days. After ECW, Van Dam signed with the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE) and enjoyed a successful career there. He is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
