Robert Cavanah Biography
Robert Cavanah is a Scottish actor, writer, director, and producer. Born in Edinburgh, he attended James Gillespie's High School before studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and Drama Centre London. Cavanah has written, produced, and directed several short films, including Soldier's Leap, Fish, and Trumps. In 2010, he made his directorial feature film debut with Pimp, in which he also starred and wrote. Cavanah co-founded the film production company R&R Films and has produced and directed documentaries such as There's a Hole In My Bucket and The Big Hope. He is known for his roles as Adam Carnegie in the ITV1 drama series The Royal and Tommy Grant in the BBC1 series.
