Rosie Perez

Rosie Perez (born Rosa Maria Perez on September 6, 1964) is an American actress, choreographer, dancer, and activist. She gained recognition with her role as Tina in the film Do the Right Thing (1989), and further acclaim for her performances in White Men Can't Jump (1992) and Fearless (1993), which earned her an Academy Award nomination. Perez has appeared in numerous films including It Could Happen to You (1994), The Road to El Dorado (2000), Pineapple Express (2008), and Birds of Prey (2020). She has also received Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her work on In Living Color (1990–1994) and The Flight Attendant (2020–present). In addition, Perez has showcased her talents on Broadway and co-hosted The View during its 18th season.
