Sam Rubin (born 1960) is an American journalist known for his work as the entertainment reporter for the KTLA Morning News and a correspondent for Reelz production Hollywood Dailies. With over twenty years of experience, Rubin has interviewed numerous Hollywood stars, including Tom Hanks, Mel Gibson, Jeff Bridges, Halle Berry, Samuel L. Jackson, and Larry King. He is the host of Live From the Academy Awards and the celebrity talk-show Hollywood Uncensored with Sam Rubin. Rubin is also a co-author of biographies on Jacqueline Onassis and Mia Farrow. He has received a Golden Mike Award for Best Entertainment Reporter and an Associated Press Television and Radio award. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Rhetoric from Occidental College and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and four children.
