    Joseph William Utsler, born October 14, 1974, is an American rapper, record producer, DJ, podcast host, and professional wrestler known by his stage name Shaggy 2 Dope. He is a member of the hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse and co-founder of the record label Psychopathic Records. Utsler is also the co-founder of Juggalo Championship Wrestling, where he currently works as a color commentator. In addition to his music career, he hosts the podcast 'Shaggy and The Creep Show'. Early in his career, Utsler formed the group Inner City Posse with Joseph Bruce and John Utsler, which later evolved into Insane Clown Posse.
