Shailene Woodley

Shailene Diann Woodley is an American actress born on November 15, 1991. She grew up in Simi Valley, California after being born in San Bernardino. Woodley started her career as a model at the age of five before transitioning to acting. She gained attention for her role as Amy Juergens in the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008–2013). Notable film roles include The Descendants (2011), The Spectacular Now (2013), and The Fault in Our Stars (2014), where she played a teen cancer patient. Woodley also starred as Beatrice Prior in The Divergent Series (2014–2016) and as a sexual assault survivor in Big Little Lies (2017–2019).
