Shigeru Chiba

Shigeru Chiba, born Masaharu Maeda, is a renowned Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator, talent, and sound director from Kikuchi, Kumamoto. Affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce, Chiba has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry. He is best known for his roles as Yoshihiro Kira in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, the narrator in Fist of the North Star, Megane in Urusei Yatsura, Rei Ichidō in High School! Kimengumi, Kazuma Kuwabara in YuYu Hakusho, and Pilaf in Dragon Ball. Chiba has also lent his voice to iconic characters like Buggy the Clown in One Piece and Kefka Palazzo in Dissidia: Final Fantasy.
