Siobhan Fallon Hogan (born May 13, 1961) is an American actress and comedian. She has appeared in films such as Men in Black, Forrest Gump, The Negotiator, Holes, Daddy Day Care, Going in Style, and The House That Jack Built. Fallon was born in Syracuse, New York, and is of Irish descent. She graduated from Le Moyne College in 1983 and later earned her Masters in Fine Arts from The Catholic University of America. She made her television debut in an episode of The Golden Girls in 1990 and appeared in 20 episodes of Saturday Night Live from 1991 to 1992. Fallon also appeared in three episodes of Seinfeld as Elaine Benes' roommate Tina.
