Faheem Rashad Najm, better known by his stage name T-Pain, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born on September 30, 1984, T-Pain gained popularity for his creative use of the Auto-Tune pitch correction effect, which led to distinctive vocal sounds. He signed with Akon's Konvict Muzik and established his own label, Nappy Boy Entertainment, in 2005. T-Pain's debut album, 'Rappa Ternt Sanga,' was released in 2005, followed by 'Epiphany' in 2007, which reached number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. His third album, 'Three Ringz,' was released in 2008. T-Pain has received 12 Grammy Awards nominations and won two awards, including one with Kanye West.
