Tahmoh Penikett

Tahmoh Penikett is a Canadian actor born on May 20, 1975. He is best known for his role as Karl 'Helo' Agathon in the 2004 television series Battlestar Galactica. Penikett has appeared in various TV series including Supernatural, Dollhouse, Continuum, and video game Need for Speed: Carbon. He was born in Whitehorse, Yukon, and is the son of former Yukon premier Tony Penikett and Lulla Sierra Johns, a member of the White River First Nation. Penikett graduated from the Victoria Motion Picture School and studied at the Lyric School of Acting in Vancouver. He has also made appearances in Stargate SG-1 and the Canadian police drama Cold Squad.
