Tandi Wright Biography
Tandi Wright (born 4 May 1966) is a New Zealand actress. She rose to prominence with her portrayal of Nurse Caroline Buxton on the popular soap opera Shortland Street. Known for her versatility, Wright has also gained recognition for her roles as Fenn Partington on Seven Periods with Mr Gormsby and Catherine Duvall on Nothing Trivial. In addition, she played Laura Turner in the recurring role on the TV series 800 Words. Wright was born in Zambia to New Zealand parents and was raised in Wellington. She attended Wellington High School and Victoria University of Wellington before graduating from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 1994. Wright comes from a family with a background in journalism, writing, and acting.
