Pearl

Pearl follows a young woman confined to her family's isolated Texas farm in 1918 as she cares for an ailing father under a devout, domineering mother. Ambitious and enamored of cinematic glamour, her aspirations, repressions, and escalating violent impulses culminate in brutal acts that reveal her origin as a killer.
