Terry Chen is a Canadian actor, born on February 3, 1975, in Edmonton, Alberta. He comes from a Taiwanese and Chinese background, with his father hailing from Taiwan and his mother from mainland China. After completing his primary and secondary education in Edmonton and Vancouver, Terry briefly attended the University of Calgary before relocating to Vancouver to pursue a career in acting. He gained recognition for his role as Ben Fong-Torres in the 2000 film Almost Famous. Terry has appeared in various television shows, including Taken and Combat Hospital, and has also featured in films such as I, Robot, The Chronicles of Riddick, and Snakes on a Plane. He played a recurring role in Continuum and portrayed Xander Feng in House of Cards.
