Tom Glynn-Carney is an English actor and singer, born on February 7, 1995, in Salford. He gained recognition for his roles in notable films such as Christopher Nolan's war film Dunkirk (2017), Tolkien, The King, and Rialto (2019). In addition to his film appearances, Glynn-Carney has also made a mark on television, portraying Aegon II Targaryen in House of the Dragon (2022). He is also the lead singer of the indie band Sleep Walking Animals. Glynn-Carney's passion for performing arts led him to attend Canon Slade School in Bolton, where he later studied Musical Theatre at Pendleton College of Performing Arts. He further honed his acting skills at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, taking part in professional stage adaptations of Peter Pan and Macbeth.
