Tommy Davidson (born November 10, 1963) is an American actor and comedian. He gained recognition as an original cast member on the sketch comedy TV show In Living Color. Davidson has appeared in various TV shows including Between Brothers as Mitchell (1997–1999), Malcolm & Eddie as Dexter (1999–2000), and The Proud Family as Oscar Proud (2001–2005) and in its 2022 revival. He has also been featured in movies such as Booty Call (1997), Bamboozled (2000), and Black Dynamite (2009). In 2022, Davidson made an appearance on Storybound where he read from his book, Living in Color: What's Funny about Me. Born as Anthony Reed in Greenville, Mississippi, Davidson was abandoned at 18 months old and later adopted by a woman who became his mother. He has two older Anglo siblings and was raised in Colorado, Wyoming, and Oregon.
