Tongayi Chirisa

Tongayi Arnold Chirisa is a Zimbabwean actor and singer. He is known for his roles as Man Friday in NBC's Crusoe, Father Nicholas in The Jim Gaffigan Show, Hekule in Mr. Bones 2: Back from the Past, and Cheetor in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Chirisa attended Lomagundi College and studied for a Bachelor of Arts in Live Performance at AFDA, The School for the Creative Economy. He gained recognition in Zimbabwe for his role as Detective Trevor Davies in the television series Studio 263. Chirisa has appeared in numerous feature films, including Tanyaradzwa for which he won the Best Actor for Film and Television Award. He has also starred in music videos and is an accomplished singer.
