Tony Robbins, born Anthony Jay Robbins on February 29, 1960, is an American author, coach, and speaker. He gained popularity through his infomercials, seminars, and self-help books, including 'Unlimited Power' and 'Awaken the Giant Within'. Robbins was born and raised in North Hollywood, California and comes from a Croatian background. After his parents' divorce, he was adopted by his stepfather, Jim Robbins. Despite a challenging home life, Robbins found success through his determination and hard work. He attended Glendora High School and experienced a significant growth spurt due to a pituitary tumor. With no college education, Robbins became a janitor before seeking advice from a successful family friend who inspired him to pursue his own success.
