    Toshihiko Seki is a Japanese actor, voice actor, singer, and narrator. He gained recognition for his performance as Rau Le Creuset in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, ranking 9th in Animage Magazine's 26th Annual Reader's Poll. With 215 credited roles, Seki is considered one of the more prolific male voice actors by Anime News Network. Known for voicing serious or easily agitated characters like Duo Maxwell in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and Kaien Shiba in Bleach, he has also portrayed deranged villains such as Legato Bluesummers and Muzan Kibutsuji. Seki's most famous role is the Imagin Momotaros in Kamen Rider Den-O. In August 2020, he recovered from COVID-19 after being hospitalized.
