Tracy Scoggins

Tracy Scoggins is an American actress known for her roles in popular TV shows. Born in Galveston County, Texas, around 1953, Scoggins gained fame for her portrayal of Monica Colby in the 1980s soap opera Dynasty and its spin-off series The Colbys. She also played Cat Grant in the first season of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Captain Elizabeth Lochley in the final season of Babylon 5 in 1998. Scoggins' parents, John Scott Scoggins and Lou Cille (Crump) Scoggins, had a significant influence on her success. She was an accomplished athlete in high school and college, excelling in cheerleading, gymnastics, and diving.
