Valente Rodriguez Biography
Valente Rodriguez (born February 14, 1961) is an American actor known for his roles in both films and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Ernie Cardenas on the sitcom George Lopez and as Cesar on the TV Land sitcom Happily Divorced. Rodriguez has also made guest appearances on popular shows such as Yes, Dear, Mad About You, and ER. Some of his notable film roles include Chuey in Salsa, Frankie in Blood In Blood Out, and Marco in Suckers. Born and raised in Edcouch, Texas, Rodriguez is of Mexican descent and attended the University of Texas-Pan American before moving to Los Angeles in 1988.
