Vanessa Bayer Biography
Vanessa Bayer is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She gained recognition as a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2010 to 2017. Bayer received an Emmy nomination for her work on the show. She has also appeared in various films including Trainwreck (2015), Office Christmas Party (2016), Carrie Pilby (2016), Ibiza (2018), and Wander Darkly (2020). Outside of SNL, Bayer co-created, co-executive produces, and stars in the Showtime comedy I Love That for You, which draws inspiration from her experience as a survivor of childhood leukemia. Born in Orange, Ohio, Bayer was raised in Moreland Hills. She comes from a Jewish family and has a brother named Jonah.
