Zakk Wylde

Zachary Phillip Wylde, born Jeffrey Phillip Wielandt on January 14, 1967, is an American musician. He gained recognition as the lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne and as the founder, lead guitarist, lead singer, songwriter, and producer of the heavy metal band Black Label Society. Wylde's distinctive bulls-eye design is prominently featured on many of his guitars. He was also part of the band Pride & Glory, releasing a self-titled album in 1994. As a solo artist, he has released the albums 'Book of Shadows' and 'Book of Shadows II.' In 2022, Wylde joined the reunited Pantera as a touring guitarist. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, Wylde developed a passion for guitar at a young age and honed his skills while working at Silverton Music in Silverton, New Jersey.
