A Mosquito in the Ear

An American couple, Andrew and Daniela, travel to Goa to adopt four-year-old Sarvari and bring her to the United States. Sarvari resists leaving the orphanage she knows, prompting failed attempts to travel home and forcing the couple to confront emotional challenges that reshape their notions of family, parenthood, and marriage.
