Empire of the Sun
Empire of the Sun is a 1987 American epic war film directed by Steven Spielberg, based on the semi-autobiographical novel by J. G. Ballard. The movie follows the story of a young English boy named Jamie Graham who is captured and imprisoned in a camp by the Japanese during World War II.
