Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2

Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 is a 2004 American family action comedy film directed by Bob Clark, and serves as the sequel to the 1999 film Baby Geniuses. The plot follows a group of babies with the ability to communicate with each other through 'baby talk' and possess advanced knowledge. They find themselves entangled in a plot orchestrated by the media mogul Bill Biscane, who aims to harness a state-of-the-art satellite system for world population control. Legendary super-baby Kahuna, along with other infants, endeavors to thwart Biscane's sinister plans.
