The 13th Warrior is a 1999 American historical fiction action film based on Michael Crichton's novel Eaters of the Dead. It stars Antonio Banderas as Ahmad ibn Fadlan, a Muslim ambassador who finds himself among Vikings and must join forces with them to fight an evil force.
