24 in 24: Last Chef Standing is an American cooking competition television series on Food Network, hosted by Michael Symon and Esther Choi. Twenty-four chefs face 24 distinct culinary challenges across eight three-hour shifts within a continuous 24-hour period, testing speed, adaptability, teamwork, creativity and stamina. Individual challenges can award cash, advantages or short breaks; the overall victor receives a significant cash prize and a vacation package.
