The Handmaid's Tale
The Handmaid's Tale is a dystopian TV series based on the novel by Margaret Atwood. Set in a future where the United States has turned into a patriarchal society called Gilead, the show follows Offred, a Handmaid assigned to a Commander and his wife. The Handmaids are fertile women forced to bear children for high-ranking couples.
