Aldis Hodge

Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge, born on September 20, 1986, is an American actor known for his diverse roles in movies and TV shows. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Alec Hardison in the TNT series Leverage and MC Ren in the 2015 biopic Straight Outta Compton. Hodge has also appeared in films like Hidden Figures and One Night in Miami... In television, he played Noah in the WGN America series Underground and Matthew in Girlfriends. Hodge is set to portray Hawkman in the DC film Black Adam and John Stewart / Green Lantern in the animated film Green Lantern: Beware My Power. He was born in Onslow County, North Carolina, to parents who both served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Hodge's older brother, Edwin Hodge, is also an actor. Apart from acting, he is a talented violinist and a designer of watches.
