Cutter Garcia is an American actor best known for his role as Torn in the Jak and Daxter video game series. In addition to his voice work, Garcia has appeared in various television series, including Monk, Weeds, Pretty Little Liars, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Mom. He has also lent his voice to video games such as Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, L.A. Noire, and Benno's Great Race Interactive Ride. Prior to his acting career, Garcia co-hosted NIGHTSHIFT from 1992 to 1993 and worked as a writer and producer at Yummie Creative from 2000 to 2013. He earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1994.
